Staff smoking in car park. Surly staff. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If there is a pricing mistake they practically throw the money at you with no apology. Queues at checkouts - definitely not enough open at peak times.
Good points - plenty of fresh food reductions, good homeware department. I just purchased Denby mugs for £1.97 each!
