For eleven years, following a couple of bad experiences, my life has been dominated by my unreasonable fear of flying which is a necessary part of my job. Things had become so bad that I found it upsetting to look at images of the interior of aircraft and could only board with a feeling of abject terror and a heavy dose of medication. Two sessions with Alan have now completely resolved the situation – I have just completed two 12 hour flights in 6 days without the slightest concern. In fact the change was so great that I was able to sleep through the turbulent part of the flight when only a few months ago this would have left me gripping the seat in fear and probably crying my eyes out!

Thanks to Alan’s compassionate help I can now enjoy travelling once again and can happily plan trips knowing that the weeks leading up to departure will not be dominated by fear and anxiety…..Thanks Alan!
