Superleither's Qype profile

Went to the constitution after buying a groupon voucher tonight with 5 of my friends. Even though the place was busy we where seated and well taken care of by our server. I had checked out the mixed reviews before and didn’t hold much hope but we where taken aback by the portions and the service.

Prossecco from draft? First I’d seen it anywhere, the girl told us it was called frizenti, never heard of it, it was very nice.

My friends had steaks…bavette, flat iron etc, we had never heard of them. Unbelievable was the word from one of my friends. I had the steak and ale pie which was lovely, a little dry but lovely all the same.

Then we had a reasonable dessert which was chocolate cake. It was nice but the ice cream was amazing. The dissappointing part was the coffee, the cappuchino was like poor, not the greatest foam abd quite weak tasting, not like what you get from costa lol.

2 courses, prossecco and coffee’s, not bad for £9.50 per head. I will definately be back. Great bar restaurant in Leith.
