Shocking! The member of staff I just spoke to misquoted me for a cut & finish with a Stylist. When I stated that she had quoted me £10 more than the website’s price list said she didn’t even know they had a website (!) I suggested she flag it up with someone as perhaps the website was not up to date, and was met with a very sarcastic tone from a clearly offended receptionist..and so I cancelled my booking. A ridiculous way to treat potential new custom….
