We were very regular customers for years at Fron Goch, but an incident happended late morning today the 12th May whilst feeding our 13month old grandson the owner came up to our grandson and snatched his toy away without saying a word to us. Her attitute on being questioned was totally unprofessional and very very rude. J.D. Thomas
