I was initally impressed when I dropped off the car, it was quick easy and convenient!  The return however, was not as straight forward! I phoned the number once I was off the plane as instructed, expecting the pick up to be waiting outside on arrival... absolutely not! Which is exactly what you want to avoid after a long haul flight back, you want to be able to literally be picked up and go... I waited for over 30 mins, which made it over an hr after I made the call, very poor service! Also they drop you off in the general car park and then you get to go and search out your car, its not there waiting for you.... In future, I would just pay more and park at Heathrow, as this is about a 15-20 min ride from and I think its worth the money to pay more to avoid all the hassle of waiting on someone to collect you and then having to go and search your car out...
