I’ve been having beauty treatments with Gemma for years and am so pleased that she has opened her own salon – and what a fantastic job she has done.
The Urban Sanctuary is stylish and calm with lots of perfect little touches to make your visit perfect. The staff are lovely and down to earth so you instantly feel comfortable and can relax.
I’m also a beauty therapist so have been in a lot of salons but Gemma is definately the best I have been too.

I've been wanting to go to the Limes for ages and finally got round to going last week. I was so looking forward to it.
What a huge disappointment to discover the service was rude and unfriendly. Very much felt like we were not good enough to be there! I will not be going back and will definately not recommend anyone I know going there either. Word of mouth is so important in business and is, of course, free advertising. Alas they will not be getting good publicity from me.
