I contacted Ferndale Stairlifts after being recomended to them by a friend. They came out that same evening, not just to measure the staircase, but to find out what the whole families needs were, regarding having a stairlift. Dad, who the stairlift was for, was sceptical about his need for one, but after talking to the man from Ferndale Stairlifts was able to see the benifit, not only for himself, but Mum as well.
The installation was carried out at the agreed time, without any mess or fuss, even though it had to come in through the front window!. On completion, the engineer took his time and explained how it all worked to both Mum & Dad. After trying the new stairlift, Dad came straight out with it, "We should have had this ages ago"
Thankyou Ferndale Stairlifts, you have changed Dads life for the better!
