Be warned, if there is a problem with your car as a result of this company repairing it, getting them to put it right may be difficult! Accident damage to my car was repaired by West Yorkshire Accident Repair Centre in Castleford. (They were the approved repairer for my insurance company.) One of the panels that was resprayed had a patch of paintwork that was a different shade to the rest of the panel. I noticed this when I collected the car but was told that it was because the paint and lacquer was still soft and that it would polish out. After a couple of weeks I took the car back and they repolished the panel. This made no difference as the problem was due to uneven paint application underneath the lacquer. They acknowledged that the area in question was a lighter shade to the rest of the panel but refused to respray it saying that it was "of an acceptable standard" and that "it might look worse if they try to respray it". If that's the case West Yorkshire Accident repair, maybe you need to retrain your staff?
