Ate here with 2 friends, had a mixed grill and the sausage was literally hard! we complained to the manager and he openly admitted that the sausages are cooked a few hours earlier and reheated in the microwave which makes them hard sometimes ….Why would you openly say that to customers it doesn’t make me want to go back! We decided to have dessert afterwards as the melt in the middle chocolate cake is good (i’ve had it previously at other pubs) and they didn’t have any! not a good visit!

i called up to speak to this veterinary surgery with the intention of booking my cat in for vaccinations etc … and i was greeted by a miserable sounding lady who after telling me the price (which was extortionate!) asked me to hold on then without putting me on hold decided that my custom wasn’t as important as a personal phone call she had coincidentally at the same time. As for the call (which i heard quite a lot of) after about a minute of listening to how her life was going i hung up because i expected a more professional service from this chain of vets and if she is working she could have at least called the person calling back! i wouldn’t get away with that in my job! Needless to say i called a different vet which i found was more reasonably priced with better service and booked my cat in there!
