This store is great for taking your child around as there are lots of toys for them to play with. I can remember the toys that my two year old daughter loved to play with were a train set, which they had set out on a train table, a Little Tikes Playhouse and a ride on the trikes. They had lots of bikes, trikes, ride-on and other vehicles to try out as well.
They have a large range of toys especially branded ones from television shows.
The service is not good in this store. The cashiers were slow and they did not have many tills open. My experience of paying for my goods was not great. I queued for ten minutes and there was only three people in the front of me in the queue. The cashier then rang up an item that was left of the counter by mistake, but could not remove it. They directed me to Customer Services to have the item removed and the money refunded. I waited another five minutes here and whilst filling out my name and address the member of staff went over to chat to a colleague leaving me waiting for her to return. I then noticed my daughter had a cup in her hand, which we had forgotten to give to the cashier. I asked if I could pay for it there, but I was told I would have to queue up at the tills again. Needless to say I could not wait again so left.
I have given this store 3* as they have a good variety of stock. However if I was giving a rating for the service alone it would be 1*.

This is without a doubt the most delightful childrens clothes shop I have ever been in to. Both the boys and girls clothes were beautiful, bright and of fantastic quality. You expect the layout of most designer shops on the Kings Road to be special and this one does not disappoint. instead of the clothes being hung together on hangers like in your average shop, every hanger has a full outfit put together on it. They all look great and it is a clever technique to sell more stock.
The only reason I have not given this store 5 stars is because the price of the clotheing is a little too pricey for me. The prices ranged from a pair of socks at £8 to a coat I saw for £69, however, as mentioned before the quality is excellent. Even though I would not usually spend this amount of money on a toddler’s clothes I am tempted for a special occasion as they are so lovely.
There was one shop assistant in the store and she was very helpful.

We visited this Halfords store to look at Child carseats. We were planning to take a look at them and buy one cheaper on the internet. However, the gentleman was so helpful and they had such a good deal on a Maxi Cosy Isofix so we bought one from them. The assistant spent a lot of time with us and really knew his products. They had a lot of choice as well. He fitted the car seat for us and made sure that we knew how to fit it ourselves. There is ample free parking outside this store and it on a retail park alongside Comet, B&Q, Carpetright, Lidl and a bowling alley
Overall I would really recommend this store for buying a car seat. I have not visited for any other reason so cannot comment on the service on car parts e.t.c

This Harveys store is situated on a retail park. The other stores in this retail park are Carpet Right, Comet, B&Q, Halfords, Lidl and a Bowling alley. There is ample free parking outside the store.
They sell a good range of furniture although the choice in each range is quite small. I would not call their style of furniture “modern or contemporary” but it is not old fashioned; A little in the middle. I bought a table and six chairs from there five years ago and the table lasted for 3 years after which the wood started to bow. It was quite cheap so I did not expect too much. I would not buy from them again though just because of this reason. If you do don’t pay full price as they have some good sales.

Although this store has some great bargains and is worth a visit it is always overcrowded both inside and outside whenever I visit. They have a large carpet but you will be lucky to find a space close to the store. Also, the collection points where you can pack heavy items into your car are always very busy. You may have to wait for a while to get one. It is easy to navigate your way around the store and there is a convenient restaurant with cheap food available. I must admit I never enjoy the experience when shopping in Ikea but do find some bargains. Returning something really is a unique experience. The last time I went I had to wait my turn for 30 minutes. They had a number system which was like waiting to give blood.
