Terrible company.

Extremely terrible, do NOT use them if you can. Brief lists of examples.

Moved in it was dirty and lots of lightbulbs not working
They said they'd clean it never did
"well furnished" review below, if you consider a broken sofa (they said they'd replace at tenancy start but never did) and stained dining room tables yeah.
Our house was burgled, or attempted. They broke entire door down. We had to get someone round to do a DIY job put it back together best he could. Avtar said they'd fix it send someone round 4 days then passed nothing done which is a F*cking joke? who lets tenants get burgled then NOT fix their door? We basically had a gaffa taped door protecting us for days...absolutely atrocious and totally disgusting. Had to keep ringing them too being told something different by everyone.

And more things, we ring and nothing gets done. They are literally most incompetent bunch of moronic retards i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Reviews below to be honest with a critical eye look like plants, what student writes a review like that? sounds like the sales pitches you get on letting agents websites.

unhappyindeed Really sorry to hear your grief with these idiots Avtar. To be honest we moved in last year, the place was a pig style, we got the run around from Avtar doing nothing so we all left, we lost our deposits and then this year Avtar start suing us for breach of contract, what a joke, they then sent out claims for damages on us and then failed to proceed on iit because they couldn’t even get that together. they must be fire fighting a bush fire of complaints from duped students who honestly enter contracts with Avtar and then suffer like you and us,
I want everyone to know this is happening so other students don’t get abused, spread the word and let’s get them known for the incompetence they are causing.
Don’t accept it just leave, no one needs to accept unacceptable behaviour.
