** Don't go here **  Food standards Agency says "1 out of 5"

Was a regular customer for over 10 years but no longer .

Ordered by phone just a small order of 3 items & they confirmed it would be ready for 7.30pm.

When I go there at 7.30pm, after taking cash for the order, they then said it would be 5 minutes.... over the next hour they kept saying it would be 5 minutes until finally at 8.30pm it was given to me. No apology or anything. 

Staff are rude whilst food is not good.  

To top it off, have checked foods standard agency & this place only gets 1 out of 5 ! (major improvement required)

Good sandwich bar but service to customers turning up at shop not as good as it once was. Shop regularly runs out of specific fillings by 8 am e.g. Coronation chicken. Used to use them regularly but now theres no point as you know even before you get there the fillings you want would probably have gone ( How can a Sandwich shop run out of popular fillings by 8am/ not restock popular fillings ?). Hot sandwiches again used to be good but noticed that last few months, bacon microwaved until crispy as MDF board & sausages are dirt cheap sawdust ones. Shame
