I would also like to express my absolute disgust at the level of
customer service that we have received from The Party Mill .
We placed an order for a charity event taking place tomorrow for 3000 people. We asked for next day delivery, have heard nothing from them yet they had no problem in taking the money from our account. It is apalling customer service and I shall be passing this on to Trading Standards as a matter of urgency on Monday.
