I’ve dealt with property in Edinburgh for 20 years and during that time I personally and my clients have used Wise Property Care more times than I can remember. I use them and continue to recommend them because in my experience they give very honest advice. I am always confident that if they inspect a property and there is nothing that needs done by them then they’ll just tell me that (it’s happened many times) and if they do say that work needs done then it absolutely does need done. I’ve always found their costs to be reasonable and their technicians and workmen very competent. Not much more you can ask for really.
