We have stayed at the Ashburton a few times and it is definatly the best B&B of its type in Scarborough and we have stayed in most over the years.
The rooms are immaculate, well furnished all mod cons, flat screen tv etc, the breakfast is the best you can get and they have a huge menu, the owners are helpful and friendly and they even have their own car park which is a real bonus in Scarborough.
On top of everything it is very cheap, we paid just £40.00 per night for their winter rates.
All in all the place is perfect 10/10
