This relates to Diggerland at Cullumpton Devon, we have been twice now once in September 2008 and again this year September 2010, we thought the £15 per person entry price was too much for what is on offer, it cost us £75 entry and were there between 4 to 5 hours, its really a half day, family day-out, the park which was under re-construction in 2008 does not look as though much money has been spent on it and some area's still looked tatty and run down, the dodgems we thought come from a very run-down fairground and beared no relevance to Diggerland, we were gobsmacked to find out you had to pay to use the dodgems, no chance... The cafe we found to be pricey too, our advice here is to take a picnic and your own hot drinks etc, All this said and done, our kids did enjoy themselves, on both occasions the park was not busy and were able to get straight onto most of the rides without any queing. Our conclusions are: Pricey and run down vs no queing and friendly staff with fun for the whole family - 5 out of 10, we dont think we will be returning purely because of the price.
