I have attended "go commando" as often as i can up till now and fully intend to go back, the classes are so enjoyable with all fitness levels being catered for as everyone works at there own rate .The instructor gives you the motovation and encouragement so you will give yourself that extra push to better yourself each time .You know youve had a workout the people who attend are all very welcoming and at all ages and various states of fitness from the unfit to the marathon runners. fun and very enjoyable at all times
