I have been going to Charisma since it opened eight years ago. I have never, ever had a bad experience and I go there regularly every six weeks. Becky, the owner is fantastic and I can honestly say that since she has been doing my hair with her advice on products and styling, my hair has never looked better. The staff are all cheerful, friendly and considerate at making the customer feel comfortable and relaxed, going to Charisma is like going to a london salon and it always feels like a pamper day when I go there. I also take my daughter who is 11 every six weeks and she loves it as well. I would rate the salon, the owner and her staff and the whole experience a five star rating without hesitation.
