Nelsons Estate Agents, Clapham were an agency that repeatedly promised but did not deliver.
As a first time buyer, I saw a property which was being marketed by Nelsons Estate Agents, Clapham without a HIP(A home information pack - which is a legal requirement for all properties.)When, I place an offer to purchase the property and requested to view the HIP, I was informed that I would receive it in due course - it never appeared.
I was also pressurised to leave a non-refundable deposit to show willing to purchase the property, which I was legally advised not to do and luckily I took the sound advice as 6 weeks after the offer was accepted, I received a phone call stating that the property is no longer for sale and did I want to rent the property?!
