I have been several times to their London branch (when I used to live there), and enjoyed it, so I was pleased to hear that So Thai Spa had expanded to (my new home city of) Bangkok.

I went for a combination of massage, scrub and facial and was very impressed with the place, the treatment (the therapist who treated me said she used to work in the London branch although I didn't remember her) and the price (which was much lower than in London and also lower than other spas over here).

MK Restaurant - Bangkok

Most Thai people I know absolutely love MK. It is clean and efficient but lacks character / atmosphere. The food lacks taste and you have to cook it yourself with the table top cooker, and mix your own sauce yourself, which is all a bit too much hassle in my opinion. It is cheap though.

Not the biggest mall in Bangkok but still very nice. Lots of good designer clothes stores (although not much in the way of cheaper options) and a great choice of restaurants, cafes and fresh produce. There is also a nice little play area combined with an arcade for kids to play. I am sure the currently under construction Emporium 2 will be bigger, and will probably then be the best mall in Bangkok.

They have at least one other branch but I always go to the one on Sukhumvit 33, which is I believe newer (it is certainly has a clean and fresh feel). The pizza is (in my opinion) the best in Bangkok. There is quite as much atmosphere here much but it has a professional and civilised ambience.

This little place has it all... loads of choices for all the main essentials and afew unusual items you wouldnt expect them to have but are pleasantly surprised to find they do have... also the highest staff:customer ratio of any convenience store I have ever known...

Much easier than making and baking a pizza from scratch, much tastier than the already-cooked alternatives (eg Dominoes) and a level of customer service which is in a different league to most other businesses... truly excellent

Best Thai food in Fulham... also nice place with very friendly staff (always seems to be lots of waiters/waitresses) and very good menu (enough choice to have something different every time I go)

I tried out the reflexology here and really enjoyed it... very relaxing and refreshing experience... nice people working there too.

Hadn't had nepalese food before I went here and didn't know what to expect... actually very similar to food in standard Indian restaurants... better than the average Indian restaurant for sure... very nice actually
