Fast Canvas Prints - Edinburgh

I ordered my canvas print on 18th March. I didn’t get the option of choosing what delivery I received – the only option was economy delivery which was supposed to be 12 – 15 working days.  On 5th April (the day before Good Friday) I emailed them to ask when I was likely to receive the print.  I didn’t receive a reply, so I sent a followup email on 11th April.  I finally received a response on 13th April advising that they had ‘tracked my order and it should be with me within the next week or two’.


I replied advising them that this was unacceptable and I wanted it asap. Guess what … no response!

I contacted the Deal provider mainly to give them feedback for the poor service and that they should reconsider offering deals with this company in the future.  Giving them their due, they did take this up with “Fast Canvas Prints” and offered me a refund if I didn’t receive the print within an acceptable timeframe.  I declined this offer as it was not their fault and just advised that I would be happy as long as I received the print.

Further emails between both the deal provider and the company entailed, I eventually received an email from them on 30th April saying the print had been dispatched on 27th April.

I finally received the print today, 8th May.  Believe me, it doesn’t take 7 working days to get here so out of curiosity, I checked the order status on my account with them and it says that it was ready for dispatch on 4th May.  So, not only is their customer service atrocious, and that they fail in their own terms and conditions, they LIE to you about when it was dispatched!

IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY ORDERED WITH THEM – ****DON’T*****
TERRIBLE COMPANY (and the print is adequate but I would have been disappointed if i’d paid the full price for it)
