well, where to start, if you're just looking for somewhere to rest your weary bones its fine, food is okay with particular focus on breakfast, evening meal,again,okay. my room and bed were of a decent size as was the ensuite bathroom, but, on the whole this hotel is badly in need of some tlc and modernization, that's not reflected in the price, in my opinion the stay should be at least £10-£20 per night cheaper. It just needs a deep deep clean and some new fittings and fixtures, its okay, just not great.The staff are great and very helpful by the way, but they must really struggle with their surroundings.

we're not local to the malvern area, we were just hungry and saw the brown sign, best thing we've ever done, lovely atmosphere, tried a pint of "dragon's blood" which was brilliant and straight from the casket, then food arrived, mine was topside of herefordshire beef, very well presented and hot and tasty, the Yorkshire puds were massive and delicious as well, the choice of veggies were great and served good n hot. Onto dessert, I chose chocolate and raisin bread & butter pudding, again faultless, and wonderful, we'll be popping back before heading back to Hampshire, BRILLIANT
