Absolutely dreadful avoid at all costs - shame I have to give a minimum of 1 star! I brought a deal on groupon and rang up to book my appointment they booked me in to the wrong clinic to be told it was tough luck and I'd have to rebook after travelling over an hour to get there. Rebooked and turned up at a shabby shed of a so called clinic where I was greeted by a very unhelpful and unfriendly blonde woman who didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing, arguing with friends on her mobile throughout the treatment and declearing she was 'clocking off asap tonight' then having another row with a customer who was 5 minutes late... Terrible terrible experience please save your money and go somewhere else!
