Shocking is all I can say. The worst company I have ever done business with, extremely rude, unhelpful, inefficient, makes you feel totally inferior the list goes on. We had specified a long term let, waited 2 months for the property to become vacant, moved in, after 4 months we find our landlord inside the property showing a couple around, and 3 weeks later are sent a letter asking us to leave, the landlords friends, the couple in question needed somewhere to live. So we were given notice out of our `long term let' during the first 6 months, and did Hancock & Partners offer to show us other houses, nothing, not a word. So if you are thinking of renting with them or putting your property with them, I would think very carefully before doing so.
