ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!
My elderly mother paid for a machine from Twin Tub UK at the beginning of August and they promised a delivery of 3 to 4 weeks. They took the money from her bank account almost immediately but since then we have heard NOTHING! Despite numerous phone calls and emails, nobody has ever got back to us. We sent a letter two weeks ago cancelling the order and demanding a refund within 7 days (which they are legally required to do under Distance Selling Regulations). Guess what? NO REFUND! Like other's, our next port of call is Trading Standards.
What I also find terrible is the fact that their website is still running and you can still place orders, despite the fact that they have failed to fulfill so many. Ironically, the machine my mother 'bought' is showing today as 'In Stock'! Yeah, right! In short, stay well away as there is a very real chance that you won't see your money again.....
