I used my groupon voucher yesterday at Helen Deans in Edinburgh and I am extremely dissatisfied with the colour and cut I received. The 'full head' of highlights I was given are a mess, it did not give me the blonde hair I desired but now I am left with mainly my natural red hair with blonde highlights here and there and the hair cut I was was the worst hair cut I have ever had. It was like the girl was scared to cut it and was all cut while my hair was dry. Now I am having to pay over double to get another hair dresser to fix what this establishment have done to my hair!

helendeans i am sorry about the experience you recieved in the salon if you could give me a call please that would be great as i would like to rectify your hair it is not fair that you are having to go somewere else to rectify your hair you have all ready paid for this service so please give me a call
