Now I feel I should start by saying that I am not a steak connoisseur, but my bf took me here – his treat as he heard good things.
The service was lovely, our waitress was really friendly and helped me to choose my dishes and also what wine would complement the meal.
I did enjoy my steak a lot, it was well cooked, juicy and tender – but like I say no connoisseur.
The presentation of the chips was really quirky, it came in a mini fryer basket which was fun.
I has the posh surf and turf and the seafood was a little gritty – not the best. But then again the calamari I had for starter was lovely!!
