Seriously one of the worst times I've had trying to buy something in a shop. I just wanted to buy an ipad charger, in and out in 15mins at most but I found myself completely abandoned by three staff members succession who either passed me on or said they'd be back in a minute. 20mins later after hovering around in the hope to just pay for the item I already had in my hand, I put it down and left. Another aspect of the staff in this store is that they tend to make you feel like you are in their way. When trying to find anyone that was free to serve me I was told "Just ask anyone in blue, please" by a boy wearing blue and holding out his arm in my face to shut me up. It was just rude and pretentious in there. They need some tills for those who just want to pick up something and not make a half hour appointment. Needless to say I'm getting this product elsewhere and I will avoid Apple Stores if I can help it, it really left me feeling upset, embarrassed and a nuisance. Not all of us have a enough time to wait half an hour to have someone put something through a till or to be consistently ignored by staff. It needs better organisation, customer service does not seem a priority. 

I had Bill booked in earlier today. He was a half hour late, but called to let me know and it didn't affect the four hours I'd booked so that didn't matter to me at all. He was friendly, productive and got a lot of jobs completed for me. He hung a lot of mirrors, put together and installed a bathroom cabinet and he even repaired my fridge door, bathroom rail and my bedroom cabinets, went out to get a replacement lightbulb I had no chance to reach and replaced it. He took my cardboard boxes out to recycle and polished up the mirrors when it was all completed. He gave me some good advice for the other jobs I haven't decided on yet and wanted to know more about. He was meant to put my shelves up, but when we opened the boxes it turned out I'd ordered the wrong sort and he couldn't put them on a wall, so I have to order different ones. Despite this, he said he'd come back and do them a bit cheaper since I didn't use up all my four hours because of the mistake. Very kind man. It's a slightly pricey service, but I felt I had a quality experience. It was very pleasant getting this work sorted out at last and I will use this company again for sure.
