I went to have my hair cut at the Moor street branch yesterday. The Australian dark haired girl who cut my hair was chatting with her colleague the the whole time I sat there. At times she was not even looking what she was doing. I realized she had already cut more than I asked for. When I was trying to stop her she rudely replied that she is not finished. Thanks that I at least stopped her or else she would have totally destroyed my hair. When I told her she did not do a good job, she became furious and was arguing and stopped to fix the hair and asked me not to come to the shop. I was disgusted by her reply and wanted to see the manager. I realized that the manager did hear what was going on since it was not busy. I was shocked to hear from the manager that they usually chat when they cut but when I tried to explain that she was not even looking and how rude and arrogant the girl was. She just did not even care. I am surprised the management do not look into this sort of situation. After all it was still £10. I have been to the Russell street branch for cuts and, yes there are times the cut was not that great and there are times it was great but there was the sense of politeness and service oriented. The girl who cut my hair was talking about when she is going to holiday and clearly was not interested in the job she was doing. In my view the manager should be fired along with the girl. That is bad service!! Bad name for the business.
