I also made the mistake of booking a reflexology massage using a voucher for me and my wife. My wife was shoved into a broom cupboard unlike the relaxing environment advertised. I was in a room with about 12 other people receiving a foot "massage" in what was definitely a garden lounger chair covered with tatty blankets and pillows. The massage was given by a guy who was, to be frank, a bit clueless - my wife had a similar problem with another of their "Trainees". The room was not at all relaxing, with the window open allowing traffic noise to disturb the peace and due to the number of other people "squeezed" in. I urge anyone to not waste their hard earned money with these amateurs.
