Pleasant and clean cafe providing fresh home cooked food. I have to admit I only went there the first time because of the bunny logos on the window and the name, but have been back a few times now. Generous portions of good quality if plain food. Lovely light omelettes with thick nicely cooked chips. Also has offers for pensioners which impressed my mum! The pots of tea also passed her approval test, so must be good! Good choice for lunch or afternoon high tea, for all ages (they have high chairs for little people).

Good range of fiction, often have 3 for 2 type offers or similar. Well set out for browsing around. Reasonable selection of non-fiction as well, you will find most new releases or popular works here and anything else you want can be ordered. I have ordered a few items and been pleased with the service. The staff tend to be knowledgible and helpful, whether you are looking for something for yourself or help with a gift. My only critisism is that there is not much space for sitting down to browse through books. The old Ottakars store in Walthamstow was good for this, they even had free coffee! Worth getting a Waterstones reward card if you shop here regularly (collect points for free books) and you will also be emailed with online offers

Good menu which is fairly consistantly good. I particularly like the plum chicken but have tried many of the chicken dishes and enjoyed them all. The only person I know who didnt enjoy food from here was my dad - not sure if that was due to the curry or the prawns but personally I think he was being fussy! The delivery tends to be very quick and reliable (and in those useful reusable containers!). They also have a sit in area with a number of tables. I have not used this but if you are not looking for anything fancy it is a great way to have a cheap meal out.

I used to come here quite a bit when I first moved to the area as it was a pleasant restaurant for an evening meal and then also for a good value sunday buffet. However the quality of the buffet started going downhill and it started looking a bit shabbier interior wise. Having not been for a few years I went back recently - but regretted it. The quality of the food was poor to average and it still has a bit a shabby feel to it. Okay maybe for a quick meal but not a celebration or anything fancy. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Reliable taxi service with pleasant drivers, I have been using this company for about 8 years. I have always felt safe with them and found them helpful and reliable. They can get busy at times but they have never made me late for anything (even though a couple of times they had to send a cab from another firm to take me). Reasonable prices also, I have used them in the past to get to stanstead airport.
