DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!  I placed an order on 30 July as the site said the item was in stock.  Despite chasing the order on numerous occasions, I was always given some excuse for non-delivery.  Naturally, they took my money when I ordered!  By the end of November I gave up and cancelled my order but I am still waiting for a refund!  I, too, will be contacting Trading Standards.

carolofberks I finally received a refund this week, after sending them a recorded delivery letter threatening legal action (on the advice of Trading Standards). I agree with your comment that it is definitely a “business” to avoid at all costs!
