i went here last week with my other half. we had a long time to wait for our film to start at the cinema so we decided to go for something to eat, we were a bit dubious at first as the place was dead but we were greated by nice friendly staff so decided to stay. on arrival of the food i wish we had gone to kfc! the saying you get what you pay for is definatly right in this case, 2 for 1 or in otherwords buy one get one free…one meal was really good the other was awful! my partner ordered stake pie and chips and it looked lovely and he really enojoyed it, me trying to be healthy ordered the salmon it came the salmon looked off it was yellow the potatoes had black eyes in them and didnt look like they had been washed and the veg, carrots and runner beans which were sat in a puddle of water were obvisuly frozen. the carrots tasted like plastic and the beans i didnt touch as they were mushy and slimy and looked horrendous it really did put me off ever going back there again. the prices of drinks were expensive aswel came to over £5 for a pint of ale and a diet coke. after the meal we had coffee i ordered a cappachino and my other half ordered a latte….the cow must have dried up as both arrived black coffee!
