A wonderful little shop which is like those in the same chain. They sell games for the playstation, nintendo wii and ds and Xbox too. They also sell consoles but at peak times of the year they can sell out easily. The staff are ever so helpful when looking for a particular game and they also sell gift cards which can be great for people who like games but you have no idea what they would like.

Monsoons is a lovely place for designer like clothes. The dresses are beautiful! I have one or two in my own wardrobe at home! The clothes are brightly coloured and of high quality too. There is also a section for accessories which I absolutely love! Their handbags are fantastic quality. I like their shoes but don’t find them particularly comfortable. The clothes are aimed at women and there is a childrens section too. The staff are as ever friendly and helpful.

New look is aimed at young teenagers and young women. They sell a great range of fashionable clothing including jeans, t-shirts, going out clothing, jackets, shoes, smart clothes including shirts, trousers and skirts. There is a plus size range and a under 13 range of clothing. I find new look best for their jeans and tops. The store is lovely and large as is their changing which is often neat and tidy in my experience. The pricing is good for the age group they cater for and you can find great bargains in their sale.

Zara. Another ladies and childrens clothes store in the Eastgate Centre. The downstairs houses a good range of childrens clothes. Upstairs has a wonderful range for women on one half and the other half houses mens clothing. I like the womens range as they stock some different clothing, they have a nice basic range of just plain tops and a great range of smart clothes for work. I have bought a really nice shirt and jacket in Zara and they also have a range of shoes and make-up.

A lovely store in the Eastgate Centre. It caters for women in their 20’s plus and the clothes as previously mentioned are very individual. You can expect to find bright colours in the clothing range and different styles that you wouldn’t find elsewhere. They have some nice handbags too. The prices are pretty medium.

This is a great accessory shop in the new part of the Eastgate Centre. The shop is aimed at teenagers in my opinion but if you are looking for an accessory of some sort it can cater for any age. You can find great hair accessories including hair band, clips, tiaras etc. You can also find tights, love gloves, other fashion accessories like earrings and the store also do ear-piercing. The staff are lovely.

Another of Inverness’s card shops. Birthdays is just like others in the chain. The store is pretty large and very well stocked. You can always find a nice card in here for every occasion. They also sell helium balloons which are great for special occasion and usually appreciated. They also sell gift wrap, ornaments and teddys which are very cute. The staff are lovely, friendly and the service is usually pretty quick.

I love the Body Shop. They sell divine body butters that are really great for moisturising dry skin! I love their limited edition body butters but also go back to just plain Cocoa Butter. I also like their coconut creme shower gel, it smells lovely and summery. They sell a great range for the shower and bath and sell lots of lovely lotions. They do their own make-up range and have started an anti-ageing range too.

A very large card shop to be found in the Eastgate Centre. They sell a very large range of cards at very reasonable prices whereas you can often pay a couple of pound in other card shops in this shop you can pay as little as £1 for a card. They also sell a range of ornaments which are pretty and inexpensive. The staff are friendly and the shop is never too busy.

A lovely little gadget shop to be found in the old part of the Eastgate centre. The shop sells wonderful little gadgets for all ages. These can include remote control cars, flying saucers, electric puppys that walk and flip over etc. I have also seen them sell space hoppers, lava lamps, clocks, playboy merchandise etc. They are great for an unusual gift and the staff are friendly.
