ordered a taxi, it didn’t show up so 20 minutes later we rang to see where it was, they said it was 5 mins away. 8 mins later, no sign so we ring again “oh it’s just 2 mins away” we waited for 50 mins in total and was late for our event. when the taxi eventually arrived, we saw it down the road, and it let another man take it. so we rang with R and R who were brilliant! so much cheaper, friendlier and quicker!
