Alfies when first opened the staff were helpful, friendly and would go out their way to serve the best. Alfie used to work in marios in wishaw and left to open his own shop. He also brought a lot of customers with him from Marios. Now that he has established in this store his staff are rude and not willing to put on extra vinegar / salt. Food is extremely greasey / and pizzas burnt the last few times we have been. Also we usually phone our order in to save us standing in queue and are told 20 mins until its ready arrive and have to wait at least another 20mins, seems they want paid before they take your order seriously!
