The staff are friendly, however the facilities are a bit grimy but nothing that would put me off. My problem was the noise, when you are lying in the tank you can hear traffic, talking, hoovering and walking around. I was unable to relax and enjoy the experience.

I've made several orders with Red23 and each time left me saying this will be my last. All of my orders took over one week to arrive, were poorly packaged and I never received one apology from them; only a lazy email from Graham stating the delay and only in response to my query.


My final order with them never arrived. Two weeks after placing it, there was no sign of delivery so I emailed them with no response, another two weeks later I sent a second email requesting a refund (very politely) again with no response. Finally after five weeks I let them know I planned to open a Paypal dispute and got the refund with no apology or explanation.

luckydip Exactly my experience every time I#‘e had to deal with them, too bad some products I can’t buy elsewhere because they’re the only ones who stock them!

consumer11 Yes, it’s shocking. I too had the problem of them being the only ones who stock certain items, I now unfortunately go without them.
