Tried this restaurant out for Dinner, really nice place, Ala carte menu was good but expensive!! We ate at the Boatshed restaurant the night before which is close by (the staff recommended Digbys to us when asking for other nice restaurants to try) Dont get me wrong the food was very good but rather expensive for what you got, portions were quite small. Good wine selection.

Tried this place for Lunch, nicely decorated thats about it! Food quality was rather poor and the service even worse - young girls not interested at all other than standing at the bar chatting with each other. A big let down as im sure the place has potential.

Tried this Restaurant out while on holiday in Lewis, its a themed nautical restaurant hence the name 'Boatshed' its within the Royal Hotel which also has HS1 Cafe Bistro. Possibly one of the best meals we have had, lots of local fish & meat - try out the Scallops & Langoustines - wow! Service was great, young and friendly staff. I can say its not cheap but forthe portions and quality you get its well worth the money.

We ate here 3 times during our holiday to Lewis, what a fantastic place! Quite trendy for the Islands I must say! Great food and service, worth checking out.
