I went here based on the earlier reviews posted before Christmas. I’m not sure what must have happened over Christmas but my family’s experience was very different. The food was average at best, the beer (supposed real ale) was off, (maybe you need to clean the pipes Landlord?) and the landlord / bar man / was especially rude to my wife when i requested a different drink. And the prices were akin to central London prices. We won’t be coming back to the Black horse again, that’s for sure.
