When we visited the Eden Project we stayed a couple of days and by chance ate in The Hop & Vine. Our meals were huge and really delicious. The barman was friendly and the food was cooked fresh. It’s a nice pub, well laid out with big sofas to relax on as well as the dining area and bar area. Don’t sit outside though as the drivers race about like maniacs and the roads are really narrow!

I spent a beautiful summers day at the Eden project and had a great time.
The site is great and those domes are pretty spectacular. They have a land train that takes you down (the site used to be a quarry) and at the end of the day it’s a godsend taking you back up again.
You don’t need to be a keen gardener or botanist to enjoy a great day out. It’s a nice relaxing day with lots to see and do. If I visit again I really want a go on the zip wire!
They have a really great (big) shop and of course you can buy lots of plants.
