used scotts cycles for the first time! after trying to sort my gears out on my 4 month old Scott road bike, i made a bit of a mess off it, scott cycles replaced the cable and sorted my gears out for a great price and done it in one working day, also they noticed my wheels wasn't tight enough and put it right! i will be taking the wifes old bike for an MOT and hopefully will change my rating to a 5 star
