Terrible. Paid £178 for ad&g jacket and was told they didn't have it!
Had to wait 3-4 days for a refund so was without nearly £200 of my own cash due to their error.
Then when I suggested a goodwill gesture, after much pressure they agreed to give me a paltry 10% off full price items.
When I said I think they should give me 10% off everything they made a pathetic excuse by saying the code wouldn't work on sale items, which I know to be a complete lie.
So they're also dishonest.
