Dining out over the holidays in Germany, my family and I have been shocked by our experiences.

In Liebevoll, the food quality was so poor that my wife didn’t want to finish her main meal. The manager even quibbled when I asked for a reduced bill.

Elsewhere, a double booking at a new brasserie left us waiting half an hour.

I also found service wasn’t worth paying for - and certainly not the 10 per cent ritually added.

I don’t mind complaining but it isn’t enough. Is there any way to get money back for a poor meal?

Als Engländerin reise ich viel um die Globus, muss allerdings sagen so was wie Mediapex im Medienhafen habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Mediapex wird in Zukunft mein Lieblings Geschäft sein! Billig sind sie nicht, aber ich denke Qualität hat immer sein Preis!

Mein Freund hat den Service beim “Liebevoll??? in der Auermülle” so beschrieben: furchterregend! schlecht gelaunte, mit tellern um sich werfende kelnerinnen schnauzen ihre gäste an, als wäre man beim militär.
Mann fühlt sich so an, als würde man sie als gast belästigen; und es fühlt sich nicht nur so an, man bekommts unter umständen auch klar gesagt!
wenn das Kinder- Spielplatz nicht wäre…gäbe es womöglich das “Liebevoll???” nicht!
“Liebevoll??? in der Auermülle”- für mich nie wieder!

Eine klasse Atmosphäre und dazu noch köstliche Kleinigkeiten!
Das Lokal ist ein Lieblingsplatz von mir!
