Decent grub, decently priced. It's not pretending to be anything but a good old-fashioned café and that's what makes it great :) -

This would be a 5-star place, especially as the only proper coffee in the whole of Canary Wharf, were it not for the fact that it's impossible to actually get a coffee without queuing at any time of the working day. Which says everything about the people working here really, rather than anything about the place itself.

Spacious interior, cheap booze, reasonably priced reasonable food. Typical Wetherspoon really. It has a better atmosphere than many of the more expensive places in the area, and the prices are better but it's a bit out of the way from the main Canary Wharf estate. -
2nd Floor Cabot Place East, Canary Wharf, London E14 4QS
This was my favourite place in Canary Wharf until it closed down. Surprised the last reviewer hated it so much!

I've worked on the Wharf on and off for 12 years and I only just tried Birley. They are fabulous! Well worth a visit if you like sandwiches!

Good cinema, but a bit away from the rest of Canary Wharf. I like that there usually aren't so many unruly teenagers here, but parking is a pain as you either have to find a space near westferry station or park in the expensive car park next door. I'd rather go to Wandsworth just for the free parking!
Often the sound is set way too loud here.
