Have heard about this and am absolutely disgusted that it could happen. Best bet is to use an ARLA registered agent where your money will always be protected in these circumstances. I believe that Your Move are the only ARLA registered agents in this area (Fife).

I completely agree that it is always best to use an ARLA registered agent.

In addition to Your Move, Delmor also have the ARLA registration.

As a landlord, I would always wish to use someone who is registered and as such I would highly recommend the staff in Delmor.
