Good place to but a souvenir or a gift. There is also a room with cashmere clothes and another with only kilts related stuff. I would also recommend visiting their website - they have much, much more there: http://www.heritageofscotland.com

I think they finally managed to sort it out and all shipping is now done through their shipping departament at their HQ instead of managing orders by the shop staff. It is best to order things online.
