Well what do I say?? Customer service is great whilst your in the process of buying the house, but as soon as you have the keys they don’t want to know if there’s any problems. We moved into our new house 3 months late, yes there was a spell of bad weather but if they had just got on with it we could have been in on time. It’s not until you move in with a building site on your doorstep, you actually realise how slow the builders work!! The amount of times you would see some people doing absolutely nothing for long periods of time, there’s no wonder people complete late! Also, we were given a list of emergency numbers if we needed to contact someone at Broadgate in an emergency situation. There’s about 5 numbers on this list and I couldn’t get through to anybody! Don’t think I would ever buy another Broadgate house again.

Went here last Christmas in a group of about 20. I ordered a sirloin steak medium rare and it was brought out on a sizzler place so after fat had stopped spitting all over my new top, it ended up more medium to well done. When I asked for another because I want happy with it, I got told that it will end up more cooked as its on a sizzler plate and the woman was not getting my point at all. I ordered a medium rare steak and expected to eat it medium rare. Hot sauce also got spilt over one girls leg. Meals got brought out at different times so your couldn’t eat together, overall was not good and I haven’t been back since and don’t intend to either. If its because they can’t cope with large parties then they shouldn’t accept the booking.

Absolutely delicious food served in the restaurant and not over priced! Would highly recommend! Would personally recommend the flap jack, it’s amazing!!

Since new management have taken over this place has been turned around. Freshly decorated and a lot of staff of new staff. Service is very good, had one bad experience but they compensated us with two bottles of wine and have been many times since and it’s been fine. Food is lovely and there is a very large menu available.

Alright for a quick tea but not recommended for a nice meal if you see what I mean. Food is very good don’t get me wrong. Staff service is ok but not great.

Staff are very knowledgeable and service is excellent! Mr Carroll will do his absolute best to find exactly what your looking for. I believe in supporting local businesses and would always choose to shop here for my appliances. If you have any problems, it’s a local business which can help you out quickly and with no bother. The mobility side of the shop is brilliant too and supplies everything for people with limited mobility and even a few things to make everyone’s life a bit easier (jar openers, bottle openers etc) Fantastic service

All I say is check your change properly and make sure they scan YOUR nectar card and hand it back to you

All staff were extremely helpful and honest which is just what you need when looking for the perfect dress for your special day. They also do alterations so you don’t have to worry about going elsewhere for that. I purchased my wedding dress from here together with my 3 bridesmaid dresses. They provide an excellent service which I cannot fault. Would definitely recommend.

Love The Mulberry! Great atmosphere, staff make you feel very welcome and drinks prices are reasonable. Would choose to go here over any other bar in Spalding.
