The Lounge cinema is amazing! Huge leather seats, big screens, few seats with plenty of space (even some sofas for 2), food and drinks brought to your seat during the movie. Recently renovated, a real experience, really recommended!

Coffee shop meets hair salon, I just tried the coffee and croissant which were great. Friendly if inexperienced service but great attention to details and nice addition to the neighbourhood.

Lovely terrasse, ok coffee, ok simple brakfast food and paninis BUT such a bad vibe in this place, noone smiling, staff shouting at each others and clearly not enjoying working together!

gustonottinghill Hello FCourt – sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Sometimes Gusto gets extremely busy especially with everyone wanting a table in the terrace, do come back and our menu does extend beyond breakfast and paninis, we do amazing pasta and cold cuts. Thank you, Gusto

Nice local pub, loved the wood panels and the high ceilings. IN the summer it’s nice to be on their terrasse or just outside. Lots of space at the back. A good local option.

I feel bad writing a poor review for Otto. But it did not work for us at all. They deserve a thumbs up for many things: the right attitude (welcoming owner keen to explain how different their pizzas are), simple but warm decor (rustic minimalist), free wifi (did not work for us but supposedly they have it), no automatically-added service charge, free bottle of water on the table, affordable prices. So that a lot already! but the problem is the food... adding cormeal (aka cornflour, polenta, etc.) in the pizza's crust is like solving a problem that doesnt exist. I understand that pizzerias need to differentiate but they should do it trying to make the best pizzas possible (often the more simple, the better) rather than making complicated, not very eye-candy pizzas just for the sake of being different. I went there with my 2 daughters and the kids pizza was disappointing (crust + cheese + a few pieces of tomatoes on top). Mine was with sausages, which was fine except for that crust... So I wish the team the best as clearly they have put their heart in this but I will continue to hop for pizza from The Oak near-by to RossoPomodoro on Kensington Park Road or Portobello Restaurant in Notting Hill, and won't stop at Otto for a while...

The paradise for pet owners, combined with a dedicated pets spa. The shop is very girly, very pink but people there are really nice and will take great care of your pet.
sallylausanne I quite agree. Nutty, my 14 year old sheltie, loves having a wash, blow dry and teeth clean here. Very kind people who really love dogs.

(updated on 7 December 2009)
Cha Cha Moon opened a few months ago and we just tried it before watching a film at UCI Whiteleys (the restaurant is on the same floor as the cinema) on a Sunday evening. What a great discovery that was, in a road full of Asian restaurant (Chinese in particular, with some very good ones and some not so good), Cha Cha Moon stands out as a great local Chinese restaurant, very tasty, with a great service, and a sobre and elegant decor. We had the Lao Mian plates, with noodles covered with meat, fish or vegetables (I went for Jasmin tea chicken lao Mian). With two mains, two sides and 3 drinks we spent £35 with service. We will be back and in fact we will probably come back for take away (the service was super fast, great for take away).
Update December 09: Our latest experience was not so good at Cha Chat Moon, it felt expensive for what we got, not quite the same impression but still pretty good though. BUT HAS THE PLACE CLOSED? IT LOOKS LIKE IT... WHITELEYS STARTING TO LOOK LIKE DESERT LAND UNFORTUNATELY
