I wanted to thank your organization. More
specifically I wanted to commend the work of David who has now done
three jobs for us. He's an amazing asset to your organization. David's
work has always been top quality.
The last job he really pulled out all the stops. He managed to do a really neat piece of work on our gutters together with some repairs to damage to our building caused by the gutter problem. I had many other people quote the job and walk away as it looked too complex.
Not David, he came up with three options, discussed those with me and we agreed on a preferred route. He then got on doing his usual quality work.
He needs to know that the work looks great and it works - last downpour our roof managed to drain without any problem. I realise that you are a little more expensive than the competition. However, I have no hesitation in using you or recommending you. I know in the long run the money is well spent. Well done as it not often that one has the chance to commend good service."
